Am I tied to a long-term contract?
No, You can cancel anytime with an automated process and your subscription will be remain active until the last day paid.

What is a "month" in your billing cycle?
Your billing month starts on the day of purchase and renews on the same date each following month. For example, if you sign up on February 19th, your next billing date will be March 19th.

Will prices increase in the future?
Possibly. While we aim to keep prices stable, adjustments may occur due to inflation or currency fluctuations. We've changed prices once since we started.
What kind of SLA do you offer?
We provide high reliability, aiming for 100% uptime with no scheduled maintenance. Independent third party monitoring tracks our site and API uptime. For more demanding needs, a custom SLA is available for enterprise customers. Feel free to contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What if I forget to cancel my subscription?
If you forget to cancel, please contact us. If there hasn't been excessive usage, we will refund your most recent billing period. We are committed to being a trustworthy, long-term partner.
How is VAT handled?
All prices include applicable VAT. As a Spanish company, our VAT number is ESB44572691. You will receive a valid VAT invoice by email for each purchase.
Can I use a different email address for billing and payment confirmations?
Yes, you can send payment confirmations to different email addresses, such as your accounting department. Billing information does not have to go to the registration email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, processed by Stripe (security details available). We don't store your credit card information. After your subscription ends, you can delete your payment information with one click. We also accept bank debit payments for one-time purchases in some European countries. For large or medium annual subscriptions, we can send you an invoice. If credit card payment is an issue, please contact us to find an alternative.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email requesting a new card. Stripe will attempt to charge you several times over a week. We'll also try to contact you via email. If all attempts fail, your account will be suspended, but services won't stop immediately if your card fails.
